Our Warehouse and Packaging:

We have a dedicated team who manage and handle our inventories at our bustling warehouses in Andheri and Bhiwandi. This clique comprises our backbone. They are sincere, fast and efficient. And they have seen it all. They handle the product from source, carry out the designated customisation and repacking to fit your lot size and deliver. Perfectly tagged and labelled. Like the Mumbai Dabbawalas.

 

Our Managers:

This is our power centre. The real Mc Coy. A team comprising accountants, finance heads, logistics and sourcing personnel who know the power of staying away from each other’s business yet creating symphony together. They decide if we fly or float. If this team thinks it will be done, consider it done. They will chase their counterparts in your organisation for any information or document that could be needed and keep you abreast of the progress of your order. A very pertinent area that most take for granted is envisioning what could get in the way of completion of a job. Each of our managers are intensely aware of the same.

 

Our Sales Team: 

This is the top of the pyramid. As high as it gets. We have several areas of specialisations. Like Consumer/Cross Promotions, Dealer Promotions, Loyalty Catalog Services, Promotional inputs for Doctors or Branded Merchandise for your Employees. Each of our business managers is a strategic business unit by themselves. For every campaign they immerse themselves in the brief given to them and give you options with a large heart. You would get recommended only those solutions that they think will fit best into your silo. Sometimes we have seen them go out and interview people that represent your sample audience subset, just to get the feel of what works! And they will keep at it. Until you smile. There’s more. They ensure that you need not speak to anyone else ever, especially for a status update on your order. Needless to add here, we have made it a gospel to churn our product offerings to keep it fresh and pertinent.

Below are five people who have fought many a battle with vendors, banks and transporters on behalf of the clients we represent. They have not shied away from fighting it out with the clients too, mostly for their own good.

 

They are street smart, hands-on and resourceful. And they have a keen sense of learning and keep abreast of the latest developments in the promotional space. Above all, they have a deep-rooted desire to impart these best practices and learnings to the team. All of this towards a single mission - to serve you best.

 

Shivam Gupta: Business Head – Loyalty Vertical

The loyalty loyalist. Young. Handsome. Soft Spoken. Manages the loyalty vertical and always lost in the enchanting world of products that loyalty companies ramp up for their end customers, whether in printed catalogs or online. Shivam is in the role since 2014.

 

Did we mention he is a software engineer and a marketing graduate by qualification?

 

Pankaj Agarwal: Business Head – Non-Pharmaceutical Vertical

Passionate, Hyper-active, Hardworking, TALKATIVE in equal parts. One of the pioneers of Non-Pharma gifting, there’s nothing that he hasn’t done (or so he believes) or hasn’t tried. Once handed the brief, the Wizard of Light Bulb moments will leave no stone unturned to come up with a kickass solution for you executed to perfection. The man with the Mission Non-Pharma.

Ankit Agarwal: Business Head – Dealer Promotions

Ankit’s age betrays the grip he has over his process. He is our master blaster in so far as Dealer Promotions is concerned. If you are planning an incentive catalogue for your dealer schemes, don’t fret. Just give the brief to him and you will see a true pro at work. Sometimes we shake our heads at the ease with which he pops out options for you. And then he follows up with Gold standard execution.

 

Ankit is a Commerce Graduate with a spanking new MBA degree.

 

Veer Bahadur Singh: Business Head – Pharmaceutical Vertical

When the company was formed, Veeru (as he is popularly known in the annals of Pharmaceutical companies) was the first to get on board. Affable by nature and a task master by practice, Veeru knows the Doctor Gifting Piece like the back of his hands. There is nothing he has not sold. From a nail clipper to a Eucalyptus sapling to an Amazon Kindle pre-loaded with bespoke medical journals, even before Kindle was officially launched in India, he has dealt with them all. And he is generally found behind the product manager’s desk scrapping deep into his resource pool for the holy grail.

 

Rajesh Gupta:

The Chief Executive Officer, Editor-in-chief (of all our stories) and Sarpanch of our village. Battle Hardened veteran of the gifting industry. His soft spoken demeanour belies the impact he has had on the way this trade functions over last twenty five years. A man with immaculate and whistle-clean reputation, he has an iron grip on all processes within the hallways of our establishment. One of the pillars of the gifting industry, he is always accessible and available to ensure high performance, especially in the face of obstacles.

 

Mr. Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and one of the founder directors of Corporate Gifting Association of India (CGAI).
